The practice treats a wide range of musculo-skeletal conditions e.g. spinal conditions including whiplash, sports injuries, post surgery condition, ACL repair, rotator cuff repair, joint replacements, repetitive strain, accepting Consultant, G.P and self referrals.
- Joint mobilisation and manipulation
- Soft tissue work,
The Practice also runs Pilates Classes.
Pilates consists of gentle non-impact exercises that work on increasing your core strength, flexibility and balance, whilst allowing you to work at your own level. Pilates exercises have been found to be useful in managing back and neck problems, as well as improving posture and strength. Classes involve both mat work and exercise in standing to improve function.
The classes are run by a highly specialist Physiotherapist who specialises in Pilates having completed training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, teaching beginner to advanced level.
Courses are sun in six week blocks with up to eight in each class.
The practice also manages NHS Physiotherapy Services within Bromsgrove and Redditch, working closely with the G.P’s for the best patient care.
